Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by Balloon Gift Boutique & Events.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received.

Full payment must be made prior to installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date and materials.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments made beyond the deposit may be transferable at our discretion.

Installation & Collection

Clients must ensure safe and suitable access to the venue.

We are not responsible for damage caused after installation due to weather, venue conditions, or third-party interference.

Where hired items are provided, these remain the property of Balloon Gift Boutique & Events and must be returned in agreed condition.

Liability

We accept no liability for injury or damage resulting from misuse of balloons or decorative installations.

Children must be supervised at all times around balloon installations.

Design & Creative Control

All designs remain at the discretion of Balloon Gift Boutique & Events unless otherwise agreed.

Minor variations may occur due to stock availability or seasonal materials.
