Balloon Gift Boutique & Events

Personalised & Custom Orders

All items are made to order and often personalised to your chosen theme, name or event.

For this reason, all personalised and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once confirmed.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Personalised number stacks

  • Name balloons

  • BoBo balloons with vinyl

  • Custom colour designs

  • Event installations and styling

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deposits

All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Your booking date and production slot are secured upon receipt of deposit. Deposits cover consultation time, diary reservation and preparation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

  • Payments made (excluding deposit) may be refunded only if specific stock or materials have not yet been purchased for your order.

  • In cases of genuine medical emergencies or serious health issues, a refund (excluding deposit) may be considered at our discretion.

  • Once materials have been purchased or production has begun, no refunds will be issued.

Full balances remain payable for cancellations made within 48 hours of collection or installation.

Collection Responsibility

Once balloons leave our premises, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Balloons left in hot vehicles

  • Exposure to extreme temperatures

  • Damage after collection

Care instructions must be followed.

Issues With Orders

If there is an issue, please notify us within 2 hours of collection or installation with clear photographs so we can resolve it promptly.
